1- The final touches to the product are started after the customer’s request and payment of the product value within 24 hours, and after the end of the 24 hours of the request, the Daad Maison (Dolce D) team begins to put the final touches to the product according to the customer’s desire as size and length in preparation for its packaging and the start of the shipping process to the customer’s address.
2- The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of ordering it and paying the value of the product, and the value of the order will be returned to the customer within 7 working days to the same card through which the payment was made or to the same bank account through which the transfer was made.
